The drive to the crusher is through a fluid coupling which absorbs the variable loading associated with crushing process. The hydrostatic transmission is powered by load-sensing pumps. The drive system entails the use of ultrasound sensors integrated within the parameters of the diesel engine through the PLC, thus allowing optimized production and lower fuel consumption.
