ASP-1000 automatic packing station for packing concrete elements (paving stones, blocks, curb stones, etc.) on a euro base. Automatic batching plant for concrete pavers, concrete curbs, hollow and solid blocks and other concrete products. Automatic stacking device for concrete products - the most important part of the handling and transfer systems of concrete product factories. The advantages of our howitzer are its compact dimensions and versatility. The maximum height is 3.5m and the width is 2.9m, so it can be placed in a relatively small production space. The ASP-1000 cube is universal and versatile, so it can be integrated into almost any new or existing concrete production line. The ASP-1000 precast concrete packing station has its own control cabinet and commands can be made directly on the cube or the command system can be integrated into an existing line of concrete products. Lifting of the cube clamps-grippers is done by a hydraulic power source, and left-right movement is done by electric power, as well as 180 degrees rotation of the clamps-grippers.
