2020 METALIKA VP-5 DSHB Concrete block making machine
VP-5 DSH / B Mobile vibro press for the production of concrete blocks and chimney elements.
MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE BLOCKS.
VP-5 DSH / B is a mobile hydraulic-mechanical vibro press for the production of masonry blocks, which leaves the finished elements on a concrete base.
Bringing concrete to the machine is done with a forklift, and the dosing of concrete into the mold is manual.
The machine has a concrete basket with manual opening.
The elements are formed in the mold under the vibrations of the eccentric vibrator attached to the mold and the motor is located on the chassis.
The machine has a hydro unit that is used for hydraulic starting of the machine and for lifting the mold.
PRICES (OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT):
*** VP-5 DSH, a model that does not have a built-in concrete basket and in that case bringing concrete into the machine would be done using standard trolleys, with a two-section hydraulic, the price is 5,000 euros.
*** Model VP-5 DSH which does not have a built-in concrete basket and in that case bringing concrete into the machine would be done using standard trolleys, with a 3-section hydraulic, the price is 5,500 euros.
*** VP-5 DSH / B block machine with material hopper, 2-section hydraulic, is 6,350 euros
*** VP-5 DSH / B block machine with material hopper, 3-section hydraulic, is 6,850 euros (highest level of equipment)
