1,274 Hours, One refurbished, self-contained Klauer SNOGO model MP-30 rated 1,400 ton per hour loader mounted snow blower with all standard equipment including patented 3 section turret loading and casting chute; John Deere turbo diesel engine plus spot light, Cat hitch (female portion) mounted to snow blower, S/N 3723, unit no. X-1647, loader requirements: must have minimum capacity to handle weight of approximately 9,500 lbs. The SNOGO is the oldest American made snow blower with the first unit built around 1926. Operated with 2-stage, 3 augers, and fan type impeller designed to blow the snow up to 150' to the right or left. Utilizing the turret loading and casting chute, snow can quickly be loaded into large and small dump body trucks. The patented 3-section loading and casting chute can also be used to place the snow to the sides of the road in high wind conditions and minimize accidents from passing vehicles by improving visibility from blowing snow in white out conditions. This and other SNOGO models have been used by small towns, larger cities, counties, and numerous state highway operations keeping roads open in heavy drifting snow including clearing avalanches that cover roads. They have also been used to help open high-altitude roads exceeding 14,000 ft in elevation during spring road openings. Macdonald Equipment has been a main supplier of Klauer SNOGO snow blowers for more than 60 years.
