2021 Eagle Ultramax 1400-45CV Portable Impact Crusher
• Receiving Hopper: heavy-duty, structural steel reinforcement of side plates, 8'0" x 19'1" top opening.
• Vibrating Grizzly Feeder: 57" x 18’ lg., includes bolt in upper and lower grizzly decks of nominal 2” opening (or size specified per your application), 25 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, mounted as integral part with hopper on common
base.
• Transition Hood: Consisting of a heavy-duty fabricated feed chute with chain designed to accommodate vibratory type feeding mechanisms and spray bar for dust suppression.
• Horizontal Shaft Impactor: Eagle UltraMax 45 primary/secondary, Wt. 40,000 lbs., 35" x 56" feed opening, exclusive fixed bar solid steel sculptured rotor, cast primary curtain, fabricated secondary curtain with wear resistant replaceable liners,
hydraulic shim adjustment on secondary curtain, crusher housing split with hydraulic opening for access to rotor, curtains and replaceable liners. Blowbar removal tool included for removing and flipping blowbars;
• Spring Bridge: primary curtain spring bridge assembly where each spring exerts a compressive force for additional stabilization of primary curtain and still allows to swing away under extreme loads, such as uncrushables, with hydraulic
adjustments.
• Undercrusher Discharge Chute: heavy duty steel reinforced plate with 1" abrasion resistant steel replacement liners, also included is baffle plate with replaceable liners to control flow of material onto discharge conveyor.
• Discharge Conveyor: 42" x 40' lg. for conveying the crusher discharge material to the front of plant. 20° troughing idlers, high impact urethane/rubber slider bed under impactor discharge area, return rollers, lagged head pulley, wing tail pulley,
telescoping belt take-ups, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive;
• Fines Bypass Chute: has a flop gate for diverting material from grizzly to the under-crusher gathering hopper or to jump conveyor for stockpiling.
• Platforms & Railings: heavy-duty tread plate and grating design with access ladders to the platforms from either side of plant. Platforms and railings located at the crusher, diesel, and at the hopper for operation;
• Main Trailer Frame: 24" wide flange beam side rails, air-ride tri-axle suspension with 114" track axles, twelve 11:00 x 22.5, 14-ply tires, air control brakes with emergency and service gladhands, fifth wheel plate and kingpin, prewired running
lights with stop directional, and 3 light marker bar.
• Plant Support System: set of 4 “stiff-leg” hydraulic cylinders controlled by an independent powered hydraulic unit complete with in-line load controls on each cylinder and directional control valves.
• Drive Guards: formed sheet metal with wire mesh complete with hinge type doors for easy access to pulleys and belts.
• Electric Power: 400 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive and a plant mounted 400 HP Square D Soft Start Panel (or equivalent) complete with main breaker to provide power to motor and interlocked Central Control Panel. Customer is
responsible for supplying electric power to Panel and any special wiring as specified by local code.
• Central Control Panel: NEMA 4 type box, complete with all motor controls for Unit, Soft Start Panel, and Eagle Screening Plant, emergency stop pushbuttons, one 10 HP and three 15 HP starters with quick disconnect plugs for Return
Conveyor and Stockpiling Conveyors. Also has one dual 115 volt plug and remote operator’s pendant with feeder stop and emergency stop pushbuttons.
• Electric Variable Speed Feeder Control: 25 HP, adjustable frequency AC drive complete with weather resistant enclosure, and remote variable speed switch; includes auxiliary circuit with starter installed in the central control panel for
continuous fixed speed operation.
• Remote Feeder Start and Stop: remote control for starting and stopping feeder.
Options Included
• Grizzly Cross Conveyor: 30” wide for discharging grizzly bypass material to side of plant, full length skirtboards with rubber flashing, 20° troughing idlers, 4 HP, motorized head pulley, special pant-leg chute with flop gate replaces standard
bypass chute.
• Discharge Conveyor Belt Upgrade: 440 4-Ply Belting with Larger Head and Tail Pulleys, Bearings, & Shafts.
• Hopper Liner Kit: Bolt in ¾” AR Hopper Liners on Back 13’ of Sloped Sides and Across Sloped Back Wall.
