Radial Stacking Conveyors

TCI 36” x 70’ Radial Stacker
To include the following:
Drive Arrangement – Head drive with a manual take-up
Main Frame – 30” deep truss
Undercarriage – Manual raise with pin-lock height adjustment
Axle Assembly – Non-powered radial axle with single 11:00 x 22.5 tires and mud flaps
Capacity – 700 TPH of 90 lb./ft.³ material at 22 ft. of lift/18° incline
Belt Speed – 350 FPM
Drive Package – Dodge size 5 TAII reducer with a 25 HP, 230/460 V, 3 Ph., 1800 RPM, Nema Premium Efficiency motor
Drive Pulley – 18” x 38” drum with 3/8” herringbone lagging on a turned, ground and polished shaft
Tail Pulley – 16” x 38” self-cleaning wing-type on a turned, ground and polished shaft
Drive Bearings – Dodge 3-7/16” SCM
Tail Bearings – Dodge 3-7/16” SCM
Take-Ups – TCI screw-type
Loading Area – CEMA B5 troughing idlers on 1’ centers
Troughing Idlers – CEMA B5 on 4’ centers
Return Idlers – CEMA B5 on 10’ centers with return roll guards on the lower (3) idlers
Belting – 2-ply, 220#, 3/16” x 1/16”, Grade 2, skived and laced with mechanical fasteners
Receiving Hopper – From 1/4” plate, 5’ long with adjustable rubber flashing
Towing – 5th wheel kingpin and in-pit tow eyes
Tail Pivot – Pivot base
Guarding – Tail pulley, V-belt drive, and all pinch points
Paint – (2 coats) 2-part urethane – TCI Grey Metallic with guarding Safety Yellow
