LS8203W Triple Deck Screen Plant. Lippmann Portable 8’x20’ Horizontal Screening Plant
• Lippmann 8’ x 20’ three shaft, three deck horizontal screen @ 0 degree
• 50 HP drive motor
• Three shaft mechanism through the screen body between the center and bottom decks. Forged alloy steel, aircraft quality crowned tooth gears.
• Six (6) self-aligning spherical roller bearings, splash lubrication
• I-Beam welded steel truck frame with structural cross members, support legs, and kingpin
• Tandem axle with suspension, air brakes, taillights, reflectors, directional signals, mud flaps and radial tires
• Plant includes all necessary drive guards and conveyor guarding
• Built in crib legs with manual jacking legs
• Two (2) 30” reversible conveyors
Driven with Rulmeca motorized head pulley
• AR-lined top deck overs chute – discharge off front of plant
• AR-lined middle deck overs chute – Side discharge conveyor #1
• AR-lined bottom deck overs chute – Side discharge conveyor #2
• 25% Blending gates in product chute (top blends down to middle, middle blends down to bottom)
• 60” under screen conveyor
