Wolff Auctioneers assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Items sold “As Is, Where Is”, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate.

Inspection:
Items are available for inspection by calling (701) 983-4573 to set up a time, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere.

Payment:
Payment must be received within 3 business days of auction ending.
You will receive an Invoice from Wolff Auctioneers via email to the email address that was provided to AuctionTime at the time of your registration. The United States and state laws and penalties for a failure to settle and pay shall apply. The Buyer agrees to make complete settlement on all purchases during or immediately after the conclusion of the auction by Wire Transfer Only. No Personal Checks, No Credit Cards.
Buyers whose principal place of business is located outside of the U.S. must issue payment via Wire Transfer only and must include all applicable wire transfer fees.

You will receive a “Paid In Full” Invoice via email once your payment is received. No item can be picked up without proof of a “Paid In Full Invoice”.

Removal:
Pick Up and Trucking is the full responsibility of the buyer. Any trucking company picking up an item must have a copy of the “Paid in Full” invoice at time of pick up.
All items must be removed within 14 days from the time of Auction, Items left beyond 14 days are subject to a $10/day storage fee.
Funds must clear before items are removed and accompany a “Paid In Full” Invoice.
A Title Fee of $25 will be applied to each titled item purchased and is due at time of settlement.
