ALL ITEMS SOLD “AS IS WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY GOODS OFFERED IN THIS SALE. **NO RESERVE AUCTION** ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION CLOSING. PLEASE INSPECT EQUIPMENT BEFORE YOU BID AND BUY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VIEW AND OPERATE EQUIPMENT PLEASE CALL AND SET UP APPOINTMENT.

“AS IS”:

This is an absolute no reserve auction. We will not sell the equipment early for any reason or dollar amount. We provide detailed specifications, condition reports, detailed pictures, and videos to further educate your buying decision. We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the description or details of these machines; this is a guide and a guide only. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate.

We have lifts available to assist in loading but we are not responsible for driving equipment onto trailers. Storage, insurance, tear down, loading, and removal of item is at sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Any paid items not removed with in 30 days of auction close, will be charged a daily storage fee of $75.00 per day. All items not paid for within seven (7) business days of auction's end will be release back to the seller and maybe resold. After 90 days and no storage agreement has been made or it has expired and item is not picked up, item will be considered abandon and resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer. No exceptions.

Payment accepted by wire transfer, Cash, or Credit card up to $15,000. All credit card charges will be subject to a 5% convenience fee.
Applicable Minnesota sales tax of 6.875% will be charged, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full and proper documentation is shown at pickup location. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
