A. No Warranties: All PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS.” There are no warranties, representation or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the quality, character or condition of any of the property. Auction Buyers shall not be entitled to any adjustments or allowance, recession, damages or any other remedy or claim on account of quality, character or condition of any property purchased. No written claims to be deemed accurate as material fact items have been photographed only.
B. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/ her pre-auction personal inspection of the property.
C. RISK OF LOSS: The Buyer takes delivery, Takes full responsibility and assumes all risk of loss for all property purchased from the time of acceptance the buyer’s bid.
D. EQUIPMENT REMOVAL: No equipment shall be removed until settled for and released by Wolf INC. The buyer has 21 days to take delivery after notification of release of property if item is not removed by the 22 day ownership will revert to seller or agent. Buyer makes all arrangements for pickup or shipment of items.
E. SETTLEMENT: The United States and State Laws and Penalties for Failure to settle and pay shall apply. The Buyer agrees to make complete settlement on all purchases within THREE business days of auctions conclusion in Cash, certified funds, or by bank wire($35 wire fee). (No Personal/company Checks).
F. INSURANCE: The Buyer will obtain full liability insurance on all purchased property as required by law
G. REVOCATION: The Auction Company reserves the right to revoke any bid at any time. Buyer represents and warrants that this registration is made for the account of the Buyer alone and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
H. AUCTION SITE: Buyer acknowledges that the Auction site and anywhere property to be sold is located or displayed is a potentially dangerous place. Heavy equipment is being operated, potentially dangerous materials may be present, electric circuits may be live, and other potential dangers may exist. Every person at the Auction sit and other areas where property is located or displayed, at all times shall be there at their own risk with notice of the conditions of the premise, the activities on the premises, potential conditions of the premises and the conduct of third parties and buyers shall so advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneer, their agents, employees or principles for any injuries sustained or death to any person or persons whomsoever nor the damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Buyer also acknowledges responsibility for any injury or death to any person or persons whomsoever or property damage caused by the buyer, His agents or his employees.

Payment Terms

B. At end of auction buyer will receive an invoice by email with amount due from Wolf INC.
C. Buyer pays all applicable Nebraska Sales taxes unless exempt and/ or Form 13 must be completed then returned even if you are out of state.
