2006 Grove Model RT65OE 50-Ton Capacity Hydraulic Rough . Terrain Crane, equipped as follows: Boom: 33-105 ft., 4-section, 4-plate synchronized full power boom, integral holding valve on the telescope cylinder. Three (3) quick reeve nylatron sheaves in the main boom nose. Boom Extension : Offsets at 00, 25°, and 45° Boom Elevation: One double-acting hydraulic cylinder (-2° to 78°) with integral holding valve. Load Moment and Anit-Two Block System ("Graphic LMI" ): Audio-visual (light/buzzer) warning system and Grove control lever lockout system with display of boom angle and length, relative load moment indication, rated load, load, radius and boom tip height. The standard Work Area Definition System allows the operator to pre-select and define safe working areas. If the crane approaches the pre-set limits, audio-visual warnings aid the operator in avoiding job-site obstructions. Cab: All galvanealed steel with acoustical lining and tinted safety glass throughout, deluxe seat with armrest mounted single-axis controllers, gauges for engine functions, steering wheel, electric horn, windshield washer/wiper, hot water cab heater with defroster, opening skylight with wiper, skylight sunscreen, fire extinguisher, seat belt, circulating air fan, work light and level indicator. Swing: 360° continuous rotation planetary "Glide Swing" with foot actuated multi-disc brake, hydraulic swing parking brake, and plunger-type 1 position houselock, pinion guard. Counterweight: One piece pinned to turntable. Hydraulic System : 3-gear pump system with external sight level indicator, filter condition gauge, pressure check ports and controlled oil cooler. Hoist: Grove Model H030G-16G grooved drum main hoist, two speeds power up and down with automatic mufti-disc brake, electronic hoist rotation indicator, hoist drum cable follower and hoist mirror. Auxiliary hoist control valve arrangement (less hoist). Wire Rope: 450-ft. of 3/4 in. diameter 35 x 7 class spin-resistant, installed on main hoist. Hookbloek: 50-ton 1,000-lb. 3-sheave "quick reeve" type with swivel hook and safety latch. Headache Ball: 8.3 -ton 370-lb. top swivel with hook and safety latch. Outriggers: Hydraulic front and rear. Double box and beam with integral check valves and steel outrigger pads, three position setting. Engine: Cummins 6BT5.9, 6-cylinder turbo-charged water-cooled diesel with hourmeter, air service indicator, and engine distress audio-visual warning system; ether cold start aid (less canister); and immersion-type engine block heater (120V, 1500 Watt). Electrical System : (2) 12 volt maintenance free batteries provide 12V starting and lighting with circuit breakers. Drive/Steer: 4-wheel drive, 4-wheel 4 mode steering. Transmission : Full powershift with torque converter, 6 forward and 3 reverse speeds. Axle Oscillation : Front planetary axle rigid mounted to chassis frame. Rear axle oscillates up to 12 in. with automatic oscillation lockout. Axles: Front planetary axle rigid mounted to chasis frame. Rear planetary axle oscillates up to 12", automatic oscillation lockout Brakes: Dual line full hydraulic braking system with transmission-mounted spring-applied parking brake. Tires: 23.5 X 25 bias, 20 bias ply. Lights: Full lighting package includes turn indicators, head, tail, brake and hazard.
