• The integral motor support is easy to assemble, maintain and service. It decreases installation space requirements as well as costs and increases V-belt lifetime. It rests in the back of the main frame and is attached to the crusher by means of bolts.
• Motor base carries the electric motor. When motor base without support bearings is selected, the drive belt pulley is installed directly to the motor’s shaft. Without support bearings there is less maintenance points such as no flexible coupling or support bearings. Motor needs to be equipped with appropriate shaft thickness and roller bearing in drive end side to endure radial loads and to prevent motor shaft bending.
