2020 Manitou MT 420 Telehandler - 4,400# Capacity, 14' Reach This unit is equipped with a 56hp Kubota diesel engine, 2 speed hydro, 3 hydraulic steer modes, auxiliary hydraulics, sun screen, back up alarm, and a universal 2-pin quick attach. The Manitou MT 420 telehandler is Manitou's most compact telehandler yet. This telehandler can navigate in the most confined spaces and offers all the advantages of a loader, telehandler and industrial forklift combined, making it ideal for a diverse range of applications in the rental, construction and landscape industries. The Manitou MT 420 is a super-compact telehandler, just 60” wide and 75” high, so it can easily work on congested work sites and pass through a standard set of double doors to work inside and out. The Manitou MT 420 has an impressive load chart, lifting up to 4,400 pounds to a height of 14’3”, and it can handle uneven terrain with four-wheel drive. This machine is extremely maneuverable with three steering modes and a turning radius of 9’9”. Although compact, the MT 420 has a full size operators cab for ultimate comfort. The machine is easy to operate, and a two-speed hydrostatic transmission with directional and gear change on the JSM® (Joystick Switch and Move) adds flexibility and precision. The JSM joysticks allows the operator to control all hydraulic functions with one hand, so the other hand can remain on the steering wheel at all times for added safety. A wide selection of attachments are available for maximum versatility, and customers have the option to select the Manitou quick attach system or universal skid attach system.
