    Credits, Refunds, or Exchanges: - It is your responsibility to contact Hull Brothers, Inc. first and before any attempt to ship an item back to Hull Brothers, Inc. Once you contact Hull Brothers, Inc. you will be told if and how an item is to be returned. Failure to contact Hull Brothers, Inc. may result in further expenses. - Any item being returned for credit, refund, or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the item, or the invoice number supplied at time of return. Credits, refunds, exchanges, and warranties will be accepted from the buyer at the discretion of Hull Brothers, Inc., and will be subject to a handling/restocking charge of 25% or the cost of shipping. - No item will be accepted for credit, refund, or exchange if it is not in new, resalable condition, or if the item’s packaging is soiled, damaged, or missing, and/or the factory seal has been broken or tampered with, and/or components or instructions are missing, and/or if the item has been disassembled.

    Placing An Order: - When you place an order an Employee at Hull Brothers, Inc. will review the Order with the information you have provided. If needed the Employee will contact you to correct or clarify the details. Once the Order is confirmed it will be processed and shipped to you. When feasible you will be emailed a tracking number.
