Spraying unit with high-performance cone, MobyDick pump, filter unit, automatic swivel function and controls. MobyDick Dust Control systems operate on the principle of binding dust using tiny water droplets. A modern high-pressure pump combined with a powerful filter system, the special nozzles and the aerodynamically shaped high-performance cone (turbine) ensure an optimal droplet size and spread. These are directed at the dust source by the nozzle ring. There, they bind with flying dust particles and cause them to quickly fall to the ground, resulting in a marked reduction in dust that benefits the workers and the environment.
