New Terex CRJ3255 Portable Jaw Crusher, S/N TRX3255JKOKPK1824, JW55HD Jaw Crusher with v-belt drive, motor mount, belt guard and 200 hp (150 Kw) crusher duty electric motor. Hydraulic wedge jaw adjustment for tool-less jaw closed side setting adjustment. Electric/Hydraulic pump included. Isolation Jaw Mount pads to minimize vibration and shock transmittance into main frame structure. Removable Feeder Module includes a 52" x 20' Grizzly Feeder with 60" adjustable bolted bar grizzly with 4" nominal spacing and 1/2" bolted AR400 pan liners. Module includes 3/4" thick AR400 heavy duty feed hopper, 40 hp (30Kw) inverter duty feeder motor, pivot base v-belt drive, and rubber hopper side covers. Cross Conveyor - 30" wide Grizzly Reject Conveyor to deliver material passing grizzly sections to side of unit. Including 5 hp (4Kw) motor, impact trough idlers and rubber disc return rolls. includes switchgear in panel. Unit slides out for optional cross conveyor. Undercrusher Delivery Conveyor - 54" wide "straight line" with 20 hp (15Kw) tefc motor, adjustable discharge height, and drop down tail section. Includes 3 ply belt with 1/4" top cover, vulcanized belt splice, impact slide bars in belt loading area, and primary style belt wiper. Manual under crusher tail Lift. Up to 21" operation clearance jaw crusher to conveyor belt. Observation and service platforms on back and along one side of jaw with access ladder. All mounted on heavy duty quad axle straight beam chassis with king pin, under frame mounted axles and spring suspension, Budd wheels, air brakes, splash guards and travel lights.
