Description
I have (5) Ventrac 4520Y tractors with cabs and heat, brooms, and drop salters available for winter lease.
All are in great condition, 4 are brand new, with zero hours, ready to go make sidewalks an enjoyable experience for you or your crews each winter.
With your lease:
- 6 months of Possession from Oct 1 thru March 31.
- 5 months of Payments, due on the first from October thru February. $2000 per month.
- You may continue leasing the Ventrac(s) and keep them in your possession year-round if you sign a new lease before April 1. Payments then occur in 12 monthly installments.
Happy to sell any of my 4520Y machines. Pricing is based on the hours on the machine currently:
- 1-3 hours: $51,015
- 25-30 hours: $49,500
- 50-75 hours: $48,000
* the above pricing includes the Tractor, Cab, Broom, and Drop Salter and any remaining factory warranty transfers to the buyer.
