516T Spyder Screening Plant
The 516T is a heavy duty 2-deck screening plant designed to handle rock, soil, sand, gravel & demolition / construction materials. The Spyder quickly folds up for transport and folds out for set-up. Can be fed by a wheel loader, track loader, excavator or the rear of the feeder opens to allow it to be directly fed by either a Jaw or Impact Crusher.
Features & Specs: Heavy duty supporting frame ( USA-made Grade 80 steel), SMI Patented Smooth Start Technology (eliminates stress and excessive vibration when starting up and shutting down the screen deck), feed hopper can be loaded from three different sides, rear panel of feed hopper opens to allow direct feed from a crusher, open flow design allows the 516T to handle large, oversized material, dual hydraulic feeder drive motors, 110 HP CAT Tier 4, 75 gallon fuel tank, 120 gallon baffled hydraulic tank, upper deck 5’-0” x 16’-0”, lower deck 5’-0” x 14’-0”, all belts are variable speed, 48” overs belt (9’-5” discharge height), 36” fines belt (11’-10” discharge height), 24” mids belt (12”-6” discharge height), mids and fines belts variable angles: 18, 21, 24 & 28 degrees, wireless remote control, -weight: 59,000lbs
