    2006 Tippmann 131/500 Ice Module with (2) Northstar Model 90 CS Flake ice makers; Enclosed skid-mounted ice maker package, 10' W x 10' H x 40' L,; M & M Model 131 500 HP screw compressor with economizer, Alfa Laval Model T-20 semi-welded plate and frame water cooled condenser; 36" Dia x 166" L high pressure receiver, electrical power and control system, steel base and frame with insulated panel wall and roof system, roof mounted or remote condenser water cooling tower, 60" W ice discharge belt; This skid will be designed to operate @ -30 degree suction temperature and 97.5 degree discharge temperature, this skid will be designed to produce 4.4 cu' of ice per minute (180# per minute) with 40 degree supply water, this skid will be designed for independent operation for later use, this skid will be designed to be transported without breaking the refrigerant circuit, this skid will weigh approx. 76,000#; Each skid will have a single connection point for each utility including 480 volt electrical service, control wiring and 40 degree chilled water. Utilities are to be terminated at the skids by others. Each skid will deliver ice, as it is produced, to a collection screw, that will discharge at a rate of 10.9 cu' per minute (446# per minute) into a bucket lift, raising the ice to approx. 20' above the concrete pad and discharge into the delivery screw that will progress approx. 20' and drop into Kiewit's surge bin
