As a part of Fraley tractors Inc's continuing efforts to reduce the costs of doing business for our customers and for ourselves, we offer the following as our policy and procedure for the return of parts for credit to your account: Parts returned for credit must be identified, in the original undamaged carton/packaging, undamaged and free of rust or other contaminates. Parts must also be accompanied by the packing list or invoice number used in the original purchase. Fraley Tractor does not warrant nor apply warranty to ANY used parts. Fraley Tractor does not give credit nor warranty for any electronic or electrical item(s). One hundred (100) percent credit will be given for parts issued from our inventory when returned within thirty (30) days of purchase if there extended values exceeds $5.00. Parts returned more than thirty (30) days after purchase and parts which were back-ordered (not issued from our inventory) are not normally returnable. If this situation should arise, or a situation involving parts that are non-returnable to our supplier should arise, the percentage of credit given will be negotiated. Exchange unit cores must be returned within seven (7) days in order to properly schedule repairs. Units returned after seven (7) days will also be negotiated. One hundred (100) percent credit will be given for all parts issued or shipped by virtue of an error on the part of Fraley Tractor Inc. Credit Card refunds that are issued in error by the customer or in cancelation by the customer, are subject to a credit card transaction fee.

All listed parts are good used take offs unless otherwise noted. All parts are sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY APPLIES unless otherwise noted. All and any electrical items are sold with no returns. Any and all approved returns must be UNOPENED. Any return that has been modified from its original condition or opened will NOT be accepted.
