It has a small amount of furniture and 2 Smaller Bedrooms and a Living Room (see diagram). We just sold our last one in stock but can get another ordered in with a small $1,000 deposit. These new portable 19x20' buildings are relocatable, demountable and easy to set up when you need a temporary storage warehouse or office - inside or outside. With prefabricated walls and floors, the portable office is comfortable to stay in. While it takes a long time to purchase or build and set up a warehouse or office, this HOS portable warehouse/office is easy to use with only a few steps to unfold in hours. This model comes will walls as a prebuilt 2 Bedroom, One Bathroom House with Electricity, Room one is 10ft x 7ft, Room 2 is 8ft x 7', Living room is 18ft x 13ft and with a bathroom (Shower, Toilet and Sink). SHIPPING: Delivery is just $1/mile one-way if over 400 miles, and $2-4 mile usually if less and you have a way to unload it. This rate is if you have a crane, skylift or forks to unload it. There is also a way to deliver on a self-unloading rollback truck and that costs more usually starting at $3-$6 mile one-way. See last paragraph at bottom for more delivery information.
