For sale we have 1 used Bastone Portable Expandable Prefab Warehouse 15’ ft. x 20’ ft. is relocatable, demountable and easy to set up when you need a temporary storage warehouse or office - inside or outside. With prefabricated walls and floors, the portable office is comfortable to stay in. While it takes a long time to purchase or build and set up a warehouse or office, this Bastone portable warehouse/office is easy to use with only a few steps to unfold in hours. Note: We had a Bastone Bldg. assembled in our Lewisburg, TN warehouse south of Nashville if you wish to see one check out the video posted. Some of the pictures showing the inside and outside are from our old office we were using temporarily. Electrical: The unit does not have any wiring in it from the factory except the bathroom fan has wiring to connect electrical too. So to have electric inside besides just using extension cords you most likely run conduit or tracking or something like that from your electric source. We would recommend an electrician look it over and they would most likely run conduit inside the walls at the base and then bring the wiring from your outside electrical source in through a hole in the floor or in the back of the building. We did this on the 15x19' Bastone we wired ourselves at our TN warehouse. If you run the electrical conduit or piping on the outside which the electrician or you may prefer then you can bring the electricity through the wall at different places where you want the outlets drilled inside the building. A good electrician should be able to do it either way and give you recommendations. For the 15x19 portable building mentioned that we have set up as a office at our warehouse we just ran conduit inside the building around the perimeter with plug in outlets along the way.
