Design Specs:
6’ x 24’ Double Deck High Frequency Screen
6’ x 24” Double Deck high frequency screen with both decks as a full bottom deck. “Pipe-hinge” suspension for variable angle operation
Seventeen (17) 3600 rpm electric full speed vibrators. (9) on top deck and (8) on the bottom deck.
Hinged aggregate spreader with replaceable bolt-on AR400 wear plate, 6’ x 24’ collecting hopper, 7’ top deck overs discharge chute, 3’ bottom deck retained discharge chute, screen cloth, step-type walkways and handrails along both sides and on the feed end of the screen.
Fines hopper lined with 1/4” UHMW bolt-in liners.
Top deck overs chute made with a 50-50 split blending gate lined with 1/4”
AR400 bolt-in liners to divert all or part of the top deck down to the bottom
Screen cloth included- opening of your choice.

Portable Tower Structure
Fabricated from heavy duty wide flange beam with reinforced framework, fifth wheel hitch on a tandem axle assembly with air brakes, lights, and 4 sets of dual 11:00×22.5 tires on unimount style rims.
Integral overs chutes inside of the chassis with 1/4” AR 400 bolt-in liners
(4) Hydraulic lifting legs with pin lock height adjustment. Front legs horizontally extend out 3’-6” before they lift for plant stability
