Lokotrack LT1213S is the forerunner in the marketplace, offering a complete crushing and screening process in a single unit for primary and secondary applications, both in open and closed circuit operations. With its efficient screen module and return conveyor, the Lokotrack LT1213S can be used in a wide variety of applications, where one, precisely calibrated or two end products are required. Using the LT1213S, you can always build up the most suitable crushing process according to your specific needs. The end product range produced by the LT1213S ranges between 20-70 mm (3/4''- 2 3/4'') in size. As a full process plant, the Lokotrack LT1213S crushes the feed material in the efficient NP1213M impact crusher. After crushing, the material is screened with the inclined screen, from where the oversized material is returned to the crusher by the return conveyor. In addition to this closed circuit crushing process, the Lokotrack LT1213S can also be utilized in an open circuit process to make two different end product sizes. The detachable, one-deck screen module features a large screening area of 5.8 m2 (6.8 yrd2). Moreover, the rotation direction of the screen can be turned according to need, to improve screening capacity or efficiency. For easy servicing and screen mesh changes, the screen module can be opened hydraulically, increasing the operational uptime.   The crushing process is controlled by the market leading IC700 Intelligent Control system, including fully automatic process control, single button process start, advanced fault diagnostics and a wide variety of language options. Feeding Unit Feeding unit – Pan feeder & scalper • Horizontal feeder maximizes the overall production through the efficient removal of fines from the feed material. • The scalper is equipped with 2 grizzly sections. 1st grizzly – Grizzly spacing 52 mm (2") • Upper grizzly 2nd grizzly – ZigZag 38 mm (1½") • Lower grizzly Screen deck media – Steel cloth 35 mm (1 3/8") • Screen media to separate fines from feed and guide them to side conveyor. • Screen mesh is mounted under the grizzlies. Feed hopper – Extended 9 m³ (12 yd³) • Side walls are folded down for the transport. Feed hopper side walls are hydraulic operated and locked. • No tools required for set up. • Increases the volume of the standard feed hopper. • Enables the loading of the Lokotrack LT1213S either with an excavator or wheel loader and is made of wear resistant steel. Side conveyor – Included (H5-4) • Belt conveyor for transporting the fine material to the side of the Lokotrack. • The side conveyor is equipped with hydraulic drive and stop buttons both sides of the conveyor. • The folding and lengthening of side conveyor is hydraulic. Crusher Crusher - NP1213M impact crusher • Part of the NP series horizontal shaft impact crusher range. • This range features a unique combination of heavy rotor design, wear material and crushing chamber design. • The design minimizes maintenance time and improves all adjustment operations. • NP series impact crushers deliver unbeatable performance in primary, and recycling applications. Hammers – Xwin Recyx Blue Setting adjustment – Hydraulic assistance • Single acting cylinder relieves the setting nuts from the breaker plates weight and allow the operator to screw or unscrew easily. • A hydraulic power unit is used to open the frame and assist the breaker plate setting. Service hoist – Included • Lifting device for changing the crusher wear parts. • Transported separately in one piece.
