Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes and where applicable.

Payments are required via Bank Wire (for an additional $35.00 to cover bank fees), or Cash in full within 5 Business Days. No Later than the following Tuesday upon completion of the Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.

Any Equipment purchased at our auction leaving the state of Louisiana, must be accompanied by a bill of laden. The bill of laden must be an outside party otherwise taxes will be incurred.

Items such as construction equipment, UTV/ATV's, and mowers (both lawn and notary) are not Tax Exempt in the state of Louisiana.

Items must be picked up within 45 Days or there will be a $25.00 per day storage fee applied unless we are notified and other arrangements are made. After 90 Days items will be resold and NO Refund will be returned to Customer.

The following documents are needed for TITLED vehicles:
1. Copy of current driver's license.
2. Federal ID numbers for businesses.
3. Proof of insurance for item for vehicle purchased.
4. There will be a $65.00 notary and processing fee (as noted above)
