This is a good running Caterpillar 12 Road Grader. It is direct start and has 4 brand new rear tires on it. The only issue we see is the brakes do work but they leak at the calipers so it takes about an hour and then you will need to add fluid. Or the next owner can fix the calipers but wanted to make anyone aware that is the one issue we see. Also has Power Steering. The Caterpillar diesel engine runs great. We can do a video of it all operating real good and working if you are from outside the area or having this delivered.
