(1) - one – McLanahan 36” diameter x 20’ long Twin Spiral Coarse Material Washer, one full spiral at the lower end of shaft to keep aggregate off the back wall and bearing seals, then four sets of bolt on replaceable wear paddles, then spirals with bolt cast steel Ni-Hard wear shoes to discharge end of tub. Paddles & Spirals have welded bases. (2) 40 h.p. electric motors, V-belt drives, (2) - Browning 415 heavy duty oil bath lubricated gear reduction boxes, grease lubricated external roller bearing assemblies at lower end of tub. Factory rated at up to 300 tons per hour, 2½” maximum size material, 600 to 900 GPM water required. S/N 933069; Date of Mfr. 1994.

Condition: Generally good – running when taken out of service in December 2023. Age related tub wear. The cooling fan & guard is broken off one back of electric motor. One main shaft is repaired and performed well after a previous brake near the paddle zone. Some replacement wear shoes and paddles are required as seen in the provided photos.
