Portable Feed Hoppers give you the versatility you need on a job site. We stock the 8 X 16’ Portable Feeder Hopper from TCI Manufacturing that has all the right options for your project.
These units are road portable and quick to setup. Extra options make them an easy addition to your circuit, including hydraulic lift legs with power unit, hydraulic package for the grizzly, 36” wide horizontal feed conveyor and manual adjustable gate control to control bed depth on feeder conveyor.

Specs:
Hopper fabricated from 1/4” A36 plate steel reinforced with structural channel
2’ tall wing extensions on each end fabricated from 1/4” A36 plate steel reinforced with steel flats
Manual adjustable gate to control bed depth on feeder conveyor
Chassis fabricated from a combination of heavy-duty wide flange beam and structural
Single axle equipped with air brakes, lights, mud flaps, and dual 11:00×22.5 radial tires
Four hydraulic lift legs with power unit included to raise the hopper into operational position
36” wide horizontal feeder conveyor:

Electric starter panel to include starter and VFD in a Nema 4 enclosure with sub panel, main breaker, illuminated e-stop, push-pull, hour meter, alarm and potentiometer mounted in the door. Included is 100’ of S/O cord to attach to customer’s power source.
