2019 Grove RT540E S/N 236341 BOOM: 32 - 102 ft. (9.8-31.0 m) 4-section synchronized full power boom with integral holding valve on telescope cylinder. Four (4) quick reeve nylatron sheaves in main boom nose. Mechanical boom angle indicator. BOOM EXTENSION: offsets at 0˚,15˚, and 30˚ (Ref. option list B). BOOM ELEVATION: One double-acting hydraulic cylinder (-3° to +78°) with integral holding valve. Manitowoc Crane Control System (CCS): Combining the “Rated Capacity Limiter (RCL), displaying all boom positions, slew angle, actual load, rated load, and % of outrigger extension within one display screen and the crane operating indicators, levels, warnings, faults and more into a separate display screen. Electric joystick controllers with jog dial input. Working range limiter and data logger capability. CAB: All galvanealed steel with acoustical lining and tinted glass throughout, deluxe seat with armrest mounted dual-axis electric programmable controls for crane functions. Engine and operating functions displayed via CCS operators display with multiple menu availability, hand and foot throttle, tilt / telescoping steering wheel, electric windshield washer/wiper, air conditioning, hot water heater with defroster, opening skylight with wiper, skylight sunscreen, fire extinguisher, seat belt, level indicator, and circulating air fan. (2) cab mounted work lights. SWING: 360° continuous rotation planetary with foot actuated multi-disc brake, hydraulic swing parking brake, plunger-type 1 position house lock. COUNTERWEIGHT: One piece, pinned to turntable. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Load sensing piston pump w/ piggy-back gear pump, tank with sight level indicator, filter condition gauge, pressure check ports and oil cooler. HOIST: Model HP15C-17G grooved drum main hoist. TRANSMISSION: Rangeshift with torque converter, 6 speeds forward and reverse (3 Lo / 3 Hi). AXLES: Front planetary axle is rigid mounted to chassis frame. Rear planetary axle oscillates up to 7.4 in. (188 mm); automatic oscillation lockout. BRAKES: Dual line, dry disc, full hydraulic braking system with transmission mounted, spring applied-hydraulic released parking brake.
