SITE LAYOUT Included in this package is the most accurate and fastest performing robotic total station on the market, the Trimble SPS930. With this incredibly accurate single man layout solution, you can layout any line or object: Civil items such utilities, catch basins, blue tops, finished grade surfaces or concrete items such as a curbs, slab edges, break lines, control joints, footings, pads, walls, and more! These results are achieved by using the best-in-class Trimble layout software - Earthworks. This robust software allows you to setup and layout with just two control points providing a much higher degree of accuracy than achievable by GNSS/GPS layout and guidance systems and solutions. SMART GRADE CONTROL For those quick and more basic projects, you can follow any grade slope by dialing in the percentage right on the screen. Need to crown a road with a 2-4% slope either direction - no problem. Need to sheet drain a lot at 1% - no problem. Need to guarantee flow and fall with 0.5% or less - no problem. With the intuitive joystick design, lock in multiple grades to memory to keep switching back and fourth quick and seamless. With a single click of a button, you can flip or reverse any grade making crowning a breeze. 2D GRADE CONTROL For those looking to step up their grading game, having the option to run a quick 2D guidance system cannot be beat. Guarantee efficiency and results with this single man bench system that allows you to be and running in record time. Simply dial the flat, single slope, or dual slope into the Trimble/Spectra Precision GL722 Laser Transmitter, drop the blade on your finished grade bench, select your cut, and go! 3D GRADE CONTROL Smarter, faster and more accurate grading, with standard Connected Site functionality to bring the office and the machine together for increased efficiency. Determine the position of each tip of the blade and compare it to the design elevation to compute cut or fill to grade. Drive the valves for automatic blade control or view in-cab lightbars based on the cut or fill data. Control the machine's automatic blade control settings in real-time. Adjust the machine's response to differing material conditions. Optimize the machine's performance for a particular grading task. Achieve finished grade to millimeter accuracy with fewer passes. Place finished grade materials more accurately and in a shorter time period. Keep the material costs to a minimum and realize better profits. 277D3 COMPACT TRACK LOADER The industry leading sealed and pressurized cab option provides the operator with a cleaner and quieter operating environment with excellent work tool visibility. Continuing the industry leading trend, the D3 Series also includes as standard, seat mounted adjustable joystick controls for operator comfort. High performance power train provides maximum performance and production capability through the Electronic Torque Management system, standard two speed travel and an electronic hand/foot throttle with decel pedal capability. Cat® “Intelligent Leveling” system provides industry leading technology, integration, and available features such as dual direction self level, work tool return to dig, and work tool positioner. A standard, fully independent torsion axle suspension combined with the optional Speed Sensitive Ride Control system improves operation on rough terrain, enabling better load retention, increased productivity and greater operator comfort. Maximize machine capability and control with the available Advanced Display, providing on-screen adjustments for implement response, hystat response and creep control. Also features multi-language functionality with customizable layouts, security system and rearview camera. The Cat® C3.3B engine meets U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final and EU Stage V emission standards. GB124 SMART GRADER ATTACHMENT Cat® Smart Grader Blade attachments are for cutting, moving and grading dirt, gravel, sand and virtually any other material used as a base. There is an assist feature of the blade that takes the unit beyond Smart. The Smart grader blade brings cross slope to Skid Steer Loader and Compact Track Loader platforms. Attachment Control Mode (manual) turns the D3 and Smart Grader into a machine that is controlled more intuitively for the job at hand. The left joystick maintains control of the machine drive functions. The right joysticks now operate the attachment. The dedicated screen of the Smart Dozer provides the operator with feedback on the orientation of the attachment. The operator will see attachment blade slope as well as angle of the blade. With cross slope enabled, the operator selects the desired cross slope of the blade by placing the blade to the desired position. Then the attachment maintains that desired slope during operation, even when the machine slope changes. Grader Blade attachment is external reference ready. Cat Grade (GPS and UTS), EW GO!, Total Station. Curved moldboard allows for material to roll and fold, improving capacity and performance. Flowing material will easily find low spots and improve grading and leveling performance. Wear indicating cutting edges feature 20% more wear material on the ground engaging section of the edge and also indicate when it is time to flip (center section only) or replace the edge. Dual parabolic mirrors provide full visibility to the front cutting edge allowing the operator to see how much the blade is loading and see out to the corners of the blade. Technology components are centrally located and simply route to their respective harnesses back to this location on the tool. Then, a single harness routes to the control module in the cab or on the tool. The hydraulic valve and ECM (Electronic Control Module) are enclosed and mounted within the frame of the tool, protected from damage. Dual front wheels are mounted on an independent axle and on casters to provide stability in both directions of travel. These wheels are air filled and will provide balance for the blade in both automatic and manual operation. Side wings allow the operator to make the blade wider and carry material similar to box blades. Standard fixed masts provide great performance for single or dual laser technology configurations as well as supporting 3D technology. Bolt pattern fits Accugrade™ Std. GNSS masts. Serrated bolt-on step provides safe ingress and egress from machine cab. Additional weld-on serrated steps on the blade ensure safe receiver adjustment, install, or removal.
