ONE NEW 2024 NATIONAL TRUCK MOUNTED HYDRAULIC CRANE, MODEL NBT45142-2 C/W . Capacity: 45 ton (40,8 mt) capacity Boom: 34 – 142 ft (10,4 – 43,3 m) five (5) section, four plate, full power boom . Full power telescoping cylinder with integral holding valve in the telescoping cylinder. Three (3) quick reeve cast iron sheaves in the boom nose. Max Counterweight Package: Includes Two (2) total rotating, superstructure mounted, non-removable counterweight slabs. 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg) for NBT45-2 only. Features increased load chart capacities. Boom Elevation: One (1) double acting hydraulic lift cylinder with integral holding valve. (-10 to +80 degrees) Jib Option: 31 - 55 ft (9,4 - 16,7 m) telescoping boom extension (side fold for stowing) includes 24 ft (7,3 m) manual pull out section to 55 ft (16,7 m). Rated Capacity Limiter & Anti-two Block Systems: Graphical color RCL system with audio/visual warning system and control lever lockout. Electronic display of boom angle, boom length, relative load moment indication, rated load, load, radius and boom tip height. Internal anti-two block system. Standard WADS (Work Area Definition System) allows operator to pre-select and define safe working areas. When crane approaches set limits, audio/visual warnings alert the operator of the jobsite obstructions. Tilting Crane Cab: All steel construction with a 0° to 20° hydraulic tilting cab with acoustical lining and tinted glass, deluxe heated seat with armrest mounted electronic controllers, windshield with electric wiper, sliding skylight with wiper and sunshade, hot water cab heater with defroster (diesel fired with remote diesel tank mounted to cab and coolant tank mounted to turret), circulating fan, air conditioning, fire extinguisher, dual cab mounted work lights, engine start/stop switches, hour meter (shown on the RCL display) and signal horn. Ergonically placed vents near operator seat and air re-circulation switch. AM/FM/Bluetooth radio with two cab mounted speakers. Swing: 360 degree continuous rotation, planetary "Glide Swing" with foot actuated multi-disc brake and pinion guard. Hydraulic System: Pressure compensated, load sense, closed-center hydraulic system with one (1) left-hand rotation, variable displacement piston pump. 122 gal (461,8 L) hydraulic reservoir, external sight level indicator, filter condition indicator, oil temperature transducer for in-cab temperature monitoring and oil cooler with electric fan and butterfly valve on the suction line. Hydraulic reservoir mounted on top of front outrigger box. Hoist: One (1) main hoist with grooved drum, two-speed power up and down, automatic multi-disc brake, electronic drum rotation indicator (DRI), and drum cable follower. Bare drum maximum pull 17,250 pounds (7824,5 kg) low speed. Headache ball: Round Headache ball with swivel Hook Blocks: 20 ton (18,1 mt) capacity, 410 pounds (185,9 kg) single sheave, "Quick Reeve" type block with swivel hook and safety latch. 25 ton (22,67 mt) capacity, 640 pounds (290 kg two (2) sheave block for four and five part reeving hook. Outriggers: Hydraulic front and rear. Two section extendable beams with integral check valves for 360 degree operation, 20 in (500 mm) diameter polymeric outrigger floats. Controls located in crane cab and both sides of subframe. Outrigger Monitoring System included. NBT45-2 offer a three position configuration at 0%, 50% and 100% of full outrigger spread. SFO: Single Front Outrigger for 360 degree stability. Decking/Ladders/Bumpers: Full length 102" width aluminum decking, fold down ladder on drivers side that aligns with crane cab and a portable aluminum ladder that stows at the rear of the crane (can be used for crane cab access on passenger side of crane and on the driver and passenger's side over the rear bumper and hoist access, two (2) mud flaps which attach to truck frame and full width rear bumper which bolts to truck frame. Includes four (4) tie down "d-rings" on decking. Miscellaneous Standard Equipment: 360 degree, Back-up alarm, outrigger motion alarm, LED marker and indicator lights, two (2) English owner's manuals (1 paper & 1 USB flash drive), electronic engine throttle (EET) included and rotation house lock (for when boom is stowed over the truck cab). Standard Paint: Valspar Duraspar® 2K Epoxy Primer and Valspar Duraspar® Ultra 2K Urethane paint - "National Platinum" color for turret, crane cab and base boom section; standard "Gloss Black" for torsion box (frame), outriggers and "Medium Gloss Black" for inner boom sections. Additional Crane Options Included: ASO; "Swing-away" auxiliary sheave case assembly and pins only. For use with main hoist rope to center wire rope on sheave case.
