Engine low/high RPM Stall speed Engine oil pressures - low/high Fuel pressure - low/high Engine boost Transmission pump pressure Transmission lube pressure - low/high Torque converter inlet & outlet Pilot pressure Main relief pressure Steering stand-by pressure Steering cut-out pressure The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment; Removed ripper assembly & installed dog house/striker bar REBUILT seat suspension assembly Installed NEW pivot shaft oil bottle Installed NEW pilot accumulator Serviced & cleaned cab pre-cleaner Serviced & cleaned HVAC system Replaced any required hoses/lines Installed ALL NEW CAT undercarriage Inspected all bogie joints Resealed transmission manifold Installed NEW torque convertor output seal Installed NEW driveshaft u-joints Resealed engine oil pan Installed NEW transmission sensor Inspected all pulleys Serviced electrical box Completed required cab repairs REBUILT & resealed transmission pump Installed NEW hardbar pads Resealed left lift cylinder Serviced a/c system Installed NEW a/c condenser mounts Completed required blade repairs Replaced blade pins/bushings as needed Line bored blade pins bores as needed Assemble blade & install Completed misc repairs Completed required welding/cosmetic repairs Complete machine was sandblasted, primed, painted & new decals applied Machine is now ready to go to work!
