AFE RDM34 Disc Mulcher For excavators This disc mulcher is made by AFE (Advanced Forest Equipment) in the United States. The exhibited product is for model RDM34 0.25 to 0.3 size excavator. Other 0.45 sizes are also in stock. The perfect attachment for mowing grass, bamboo groves, and clearing thickets. The special structure and highly durable material prevent the claws from breaking, reducing the chances of troublesome claw replacement. You don't have to worry about thick bamboo or wood that you hesitate to use with a normal hammer knife. The secret selling point is that the vines are hard to get entangled! Our systems are direct drive, which means that the power goes directly into a bearing box which transfers all the power to the cutting disc. 3. The bearings are oil bathed for continuous lubrication and cooling. 4. The drive shafts are heat treated and ground for precision fit. 5. We have a rubber safety coupler between the hydraulic motor and bearing box to protect from damage. Performance: You can mulch an overgrown road and restore it back to nearly new. Material will be cut and pulled into the reduction shroud system resulting in a one step process. The RDM Excavator mulchers allow the operator to see the cutting teeth as they engage with the material; this allows the operators to avoid foreign materials that could be a potential safety hazard.
