4 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder - 48" x 16' with 60" grizzly section (bolted bar 2.5" nominal spacing), includes 1/2" pan liners
installed, 5/8" AR heavy duty feed hopper, 25 hp (19 kW), variable speed electric motor.
5 48" wide 20hp (15 kW) electric motor under crusher screen feed conveyor with auto-hydraulic tail lift for travel, with
extra heavy 3-ply 600 PIW conveyor belt and vulcanized belt splice.
6 (2) 24" cross conveyors with 5 hp (3.8 Kw) TEFC electric motors, class II gear box, cartridge style full length skirts,
vulcanized 3-ply belt. Lower deck cross conveyor is reversible.
7 24" wide 7.5hp (5.6 kW) screen oversize return conveyor hydraulically raises for operation, lowers for travel, accepts
discharge from both cross conveyors and dischages to crusher AFTER grizzly section, 3-ply conveyor belt and vulcanized
belt splice.
8 42" wide 7.5hp (5.6 KW) fines conveyor, with colapsable rubber under screen hopper, 3 ply conveyor belt and
vulcanized belt splice.
