STANDARD AND INCLUDED IN THIS PLANT
1. TI 4143 impact crusher with heavy duty cast steel 4 bar rotor, standard configuration of 2 hi and 2 low martinsitic blowbars, hydraulic overload protection system, blow bar cradle.
2. 5' x 16' 2-deck inclined screen, side tension top deck, end tension bottom deck, 20 hp (15 kw) electric motor with pivot base.
3. Pan Feeder & Pre-Screen: Includes 42" x 100" VM pan feeder & 42" x 78" pre-screen unit. Pre-Screen includes 1.5" nomimal grizzly fingers and rubber blanking mat on 2nd deck 4. 350 hp tier 4 final, enclosed scania diesel engine, hydraulic clutch to crusher, and 150kw 460/3/60 generator, includes 300-gal fuel tank and def tank 5. Removable electric switchgear panel: contains ccm automatic motor controls for on-plant motors nema 4 panel has door mounted push button controls and hour meter. with variable speed inverter for 20 hp feeder motor. reversing starters for 2nd deck cross conveyor.
6. 42" wide 20 hp (15 kw) electric motor under crusher screen feed conveyor with auto-hydraulic tail lift for travel, with extra heavy 3-ply 600 piw conveyor belt and vulcanized belt splice.
7. (2) 24" cross conveyors with 5 hp (3.8 kw) tefc electric motors, class ii gear box, cartridge style full length skirts, vulcanized 3-ply belt. lower deck cross conveyor is reversible.
8. 24" wide 7.5hp (5.6 kw) screen oversize return conveyor hydraulically raises for operation, lowers for travel, accepts discharge from both cross conveyors and dischages to grizzly, 3-ply conveyor belt and vulcanized belt splice.
9. 42" wide 7.5hp (5.6 kw) inclined fines conveyor, 3 ply conveyor belt and vulcanized belt splice.
10. 11 yd heaped, 7 yd struck, loading hopper with rubber curtain hopper side covers.
11. Gas engine powered hydraulic unit for crusher open, crusher adjustment, screen & recirc conv. raise, and hydraulic jacks 12. Heavy duty triple axel chassis with king pin, under frame mounted axles and spring suspension, 295/75 r22.5 tires, air brakes, splash guards and travel lights. e-stops on both sided of chassis.
