Hydraulic cylinder assembly raises the head and main shaft assembly to adjust the setting. Nitrogen accumulator allows the head / mantle to drop in the event uncrushable material enters the chamber and will immediately return to previous setting once the uncrushable material exits the chamber. • Top assembly has a large feed opening with top arm shields for protection of the top spider. Spherical roller bearing to support the main shaft assembly. Wear resistant concave crusher liner held in place with high strength bolts. • Heavy duty main shaft constructed of high strength allow steel • Heavy duty wear resistant locking nut secures the mantle liner to the head • Roller bearing design for maximum durability. • 300hp, 1200 rpm tefc motor with v-belt drive and drive guard • Countershaft assembly with roller bearings and spiral cut gears for the pinion shaft and eccentric drive • Air blower system to provide positive air pressure to the crusher oil system to prevent ingestion of crusher dust in the oil system. • Eccentric assembly is located in the bottom housing with roller bearings. Eccentric assembly can be removed as a complete unit for servicing. An air seal bonnet directs material away from the eccentric assembly. • Combined hydraulic and lubrication cabinet provides a convient single location for maintaining both your hydraulic and lubrication system. Hydraulic and Lubrication pumps and motors are located outside of the hydraulic and lubrication tanks to allow easy access for maintenance and replacement. Safety system for the hydraulic is a simple pressure switch and the lubrication system has a flow switch to prevent the crusher from operating when insufficient oil flow occurs. • Air type oil cooler with dial type temperature gauges for the operator to monitor operating temperature. • Electrical cabinet with crusher controls and motor starters for hydraulic and lubrication systems. Excludes starter for crusher motor. Switch gear: 300hp soft start for the cone and motor starters for all on plant motors with push buttons on the door for on/off all in an outdoor rated enclosure. EXCLUDES: Freight, generator leads, setup or installation, special paint (color or type), taxes, fees or permits.
