Storage silo system
The unit was built by CMI. It is a nominal capacity 200-ton silo with 300-tph drag slat conveyor.
The 60 hp motor and drive are mounted.
There are sliding bearing up the sidewalls.
The twin 4+” chains and sprockets are about 50%.
There is hot oil heat on the sidewalls of the silo with insulation and wrapping.
The silo, equipped with anti-segregation batcher, has a long-term storage gate on the top.
The silo has high and low bin indicators.
This unit requires some TLC but the bones are very good.
With some money and work it could be a very nice system.
