• Single hydraulic cylinder ejects the load and operates the tailgate. • Tailgate opens and closes automatically in conjunction with ejector blade operation. • Shaped ejector blade ejects material and minimizes side spillage. • Quick load dumping and ejector retracting cycles. • Ejector blade is mounted on proprietary chromium carbide steel sleds that glide the ejector back and forth. There are NO ejector blade rollers or bearings. • Ejector blade slides back and forth on an internal rail that is low to the floor. PHIL Rear Eject does not have any external rails to hit with loading equipment or that prevent the addition of sideboards (optional). • Constructed of high strength abrasion-resistant steel throughout, providing structural strength and durability for the toughest of applications and exceptional life. • Smooth load shedding floor; ejector blade scrapes material from the floor and body sides. • Lowest center of gravity that stays constant while ejecting the load. • Zero lubrication points needed to operate the body; two (2) lubrication points to minimize noise from ejector track, included as standard, but use is optional. • Capacity matched to standard O.EM, rear dump body with a tailgate configuration. • PHIL Rear Eject Body requires a minimum of twenty (20) gallons of hydraulic fluid for satisfactory load ejection and ejector blade retraction; if a hydraulic nurse tank is necessary, it is a customer responsibility.
