Description
Rock Systems heavy duty front end loader feed hopper Model 101-48-18 with 48” wide belt feeder and hydraulic tipping reject grizzly complete as follows:
a. 8’-0” wide x 16’ long hopper opening constructed of 3/8” thick steel plate with reinforcing; 18 cubic yards struck storage capacity.
b. Heavy Duty self-cleaning reject grizzly with nominal 12” spacing to remove oversize material; grizzly bars constructed of 4”x4”x3/8” square tube; framework constructed of square tubing with steel plate and reinforcing ribs; grizzly bars hydraulically tip with 10 h.p. electric/hydraulic power package.
c. Fabricated steel skid mounted support structure with 1/4” plate skin on both sides of the structure.
d. 48” wide x 29’ long heavy duty belt feeder with Nord 40 h.p. gearmotor drive, 24” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 4-15/16” shafting and Dodge Type “E” pillow block bearings; 18” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 3-7/16” diameter shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; full length skirtboards with 1” thick Hercules adjustable rubber flashing; discharge gate; Precision 20 degree CEMA “D” rubber impact picking and sorting idlers mounted on 1’ centers under load point; Precision 20 degree CEMA “D” picking and sorting idlers mounted on 18” centers thereafter; Precision CEMA “D” rubber disc return idlers, return idler guards; heavy duty vulcanized endless conveyor belting with 3/8” x 3/16” rubber covers; Flexco Rockline belt scraper, tail and nip guards.
e. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat desert tan paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding
f. Electrical control station with main disconnect, custom electrical control panel with variable speed drive for the belt feeder 40 h.p. electric motor, custom electrical control panel for the hydraulic tipping grizzly with radio remote control, all mounted on a skid support structure.
