Description
Rock Systems 36” wide x 60’ long Transfer Conveyor complete as follows:
a) Head terminal includes 20 h.p. TEFC electric motor (3 phase/60 hertz/460 volts); Dodge shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 14” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; head pulley nip guards; Flexco Rockline belt scraper. Belt speed setup for 350 feet per minute.
b) Tail terminal includes 14” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard.
c) Standard 5’ long receiving hopper with skirtboards, rubber flashing and bolt-on wing attachments.
d) Stackable conveyor frame constructed of 10” channel iron with 2” square tube reinforcement making a rigid framework.
e) Conveyor belting, 3 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.
f) CEMA “C” troughing idlers 20 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on close centers at the load point; CEMA “C” troughing idlers 35 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 10’ centers.
g) One finish coat polyurethane gray paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding.
