Rig #1 Year 2011 – Sandvik DE840-90, complete with DA554 Hydraulic Rod Handler, L11-18 Water Pump, DA514 Safe-T-Spin and Onboard Western Air 900XHH Rig Pack Combo Compressor. Rig is mounted onto a 2011 8x8 Mercedes Benz Actros 4144. Drill Rig comes complete with 2019 Sullair DLQ900XHH/1150XH Auxiliary Compressor and a 2022 Air Research 1310 Integral Booster/Compressor. Drill Rig refits completed by Evolution Drill Rigs in 2014, 2020 & 2023. Latest refit included installation of new Cummins 6CTA motor, Rotation Head rebuild, Rod Handler rebuild, hose reel travelling hoses replacement, full electrical re-wire including new wiring harness. Drill rig comes complete with spare fully rebuilt 6CTA motor and Funk Box.
Rig #2 Year 2001 – UDR650, complete with FMC W1122BCD Water Pump, Safe-T-Spin. Rig is mounted onto a 2008 6x6 Mercedes Benz Actros 3341. Rig comes complete with a 2003 Sullair 1150XH Compressor and a 2010 Atlas Copco Hurricane 4.5T-276-41B-750 Booster/Compressor. Drill rig refits completed in 2013, 2020 and 2023. Latest refits include installation of new Cummins 6BTA C-177 rig engine, new fully rebuilt by Evolution Drills Rotation Head, full Mast rebuild including chains, ropes and sprockets. Drill rig comes complete with spare Rotation Head including new rotation motor and a fully rebuilt hydraulic pump group.
