With prefabricated walls and floors, the portable office is comfortable to stay in. While it takes a long time to purchase or build and set up a warehouse or office, this Bastone portable warehouse/office is easy to use with only a few steps to unfold in hours. Retails for $20,999.
“The 13ft x 20ft prefab tiny house can be used as an office, accommodation, restaurant, bathroom, and large space, and can meet the needs of construction site barracks, fieldwork barracks, municipal resettlement houses, rental houses, and various commercial houses. After folding, it occupies a small area, has a beautiful appearance, and has the advantages of being movable and convenient for transportation. Crafted with premium materials, this Prefab House guarantees durability and energy efficiency.”
Setup: Using drywall anchors and screws through the holes reserved on the adjustable leg to the ground to strengthen the stability.
Electrical: The unit does not have any wiring in it from the factory except the bathroom fan has wiring to connect electrical too. So to have electric inside besides just using extension cords you most likely run conduit or tracking or something like that from your electric source. We would recommend an electrician look it over and they would most likely run conduit inside the walls at the base and then bring the wiring from your outside electrical source in through a hole in the floor or in the back of the building. We did this on the 15x19' Bastone we wired ourselves at our TN warehouse. If you run the electrical conduit or piping on the outside which the electrician or you may prefer then you can bring the electricity through the wall at different places where you want the outlets drilled inside the building. A good electrician should be able to do it either way and give you recommendations. For the 15x19 portable building mentioned that we have set up as a office at our warehouse we just ran conduit inside the building around the perimeter with plug in outlets along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions:
*Can I hang something on the wall? - The wallboard is composited with foam in the middle, so you cannot screw in the wall. You will need to use self-adhesive hooks for hanging, and the load capacity depends on the hook.
*Can I purchase 2 of them and combine them together without the wall? - Technically, no. There is still a gap between the two units.
*Snow Load: The unit is designed for outside usage and can withstand a heavy snow load. The unit is safe before the snow reaches 6.6ft high on the roof. However, it is recommended that take off the snow in time and don't stay inside in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc)

*Mobile Prefab House is not wired. Please hire an electrician for American standard wiring. Stay safe! We recommend you connect toilets to the sanitary sewer system and connect water to the pipe system. If not, you may need tanks outside the structure for waste.

1 Forklift or Loader with Forks or equivalent is required for unloading. We will send you pictures of the type of open trailer it would deliver on. The item does have steel insert placings for a set of Forks underneath. They also have hooks for rigging on top that if you have a skytrak or similar unloading item you can lift it off that way. Also assembly directions, pictures and video will be included.
Must have good road and unloading access for large trailers or a semi. As mentioned you'll also need a capable forklift, loader tractor or HD Skid Steer with forks - or you'll need to hire a local rigging co to unload the building. We can usually find you a good building moving company to unload off the trailer and place it on the ground for under $500 as along as they have good space to unload and get back out. The item does have steel insert placings for a set of Forks underneath.
