1 each - Heavy Duty Portable Low Profile Truck Unloader, complete as follows:
a) Low profile truck dump 7’-8” long x 9’-8 1/2” wide x 37” tall complete with hopper and adjustable skirtboards; drive-over grates; adjustable slide gate and enclosed side boards. Hopper and drive-over grates remove for service.
b) 48” wide discharge conveyor complete with 40 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TAII6307H25 shaft mount reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 20” ceramic lagged head pulley mounted on 3-15/16” shafting and Dodge Type E pillow block bearings; 8” snub pulley mounted on 2-3/16” shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; 12” self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-15/16” shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings with screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; CEMA “C” flat belt idlers mounted on close centers at load point followed by CEMA “C” troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers mounted on 10’ centers with return idler guards; vertical curve with hold down wheel; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; steel fabricated discharge hood with AR liners; 250 feet per minute belt speed.
c) Steel fabricated trailer frame with single axle chassis, pneumatic tires, brakes, lights, mud flaps and 5th wheel pin.
d) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding.
e) Electric motor control pale pre-wired to the electric motor.
Excludes ramps, liners, safety stop switch with pull cords, belt scale, return idler guards, hood covers, permits, freight to jobsite, jobsite preparation or equipment installation.
We supply our standard guarding. We do not warrant that they will meet all MSHA, OSHA or all local codes. It is the responsibility of the end user to have them checked by a local inspector. Any changes to comply with local codes will be at the expense of the end user.
