Main Beams: 12" x 4" A 572 grade 50, reinforced rolled "I" beam. Gooseneck: High strenght steel "H" beam fabricated 1/2" x 4" flange and 1/4" thick web. Crossmembers: 3/16" Afabricated "C" channel, spacing between crossmebers are 40". Front locking pins: BUFFERS 1103-1213 left and right, the distance between pins is 89", Rear twist locks: BUFFERS 1101-3207 welded at each bolster. Bumper: 4" x 4" fabricated square profile, per DOT. Main System: Phillips sealed harness, Phillips QCS2 mold seal wiring hardness featuring the Phillips 16-724, 7. Gladhands: Phillips. Lights: Manufactured by optronics rear, central and front.
