    "Call for Pricing and More Information" 2020 METALIKA VPS-2000/1 One layer VPS-2000/1 Concrete block making machine VPS-2000/1 Concrete block making machine is stable vibrating press (vibro press) with the disposal of finished products on a wooden pallet. The semi-automatic vibrating press works as unit with the installation of a single blender with automatic or manual filling. The concrete is transported by a forklift truck with a kibble or a basket to lift the concrete to the bunker. The concrete is dosed into the mold through a coarse concrete dispenser. The elements are formed in the mold under the action of hydraulic pressure and vibration from the top and bottom of the mold. The workpiece is extruded onto a wooden pallet that moves into the back of the machine.
