Design meets/matches OEM kit specifications. Installer approved, step by step instructions. Tubing Heavy-walled (.200″), TIG welded, and pressure tested. Hoses Premium-quality assemblies – JIC hose ends are commonly available, for easy field replacement, if necessary. Relief Valve Massive, severe-duty, in-line pilot operated relief valve ensures accurate setting and trouble-free service life. Clamps Massive cast assemblies that are custom made for severe-duty applications. Solid steel, no rubber or plastic parts to wear out. Ball Valves Very high-pressure ball valves for durability, and easy installation and removal of attachments. Pedal Valve Proportional valve provides superior “feel” (important on double acting circuits) and is extremely durable and reliable. Electrical connections are eliminated. All of our pipelines are acid-washed and phosphate to ensure that the inside of the pipeline is clean and dust-free, and the hydraulic system of the excavator is clean and pollution-free. The outer surface of the pipeline is sprayed with plastic paint, and the colors are GREEN, which are exactly the same as the color of the JMA products. All the accessories of our pipeline, including clamps, ball valves, etc., are independently developed and manufactured by our factory to ensure product quality, safety and reliability.
