Payment:
- Full payment is due within three business days after the auction completes. No exceptions.
- Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site or collected until paid for in full. If payment is made in non-certified funds, items will not be released until non-certified funds clear our bank.
- Buyers whose principal place of business is located outside of the U.S. must issue payment via Wire Transfer only and must include all applicable wire transfer fees. For complete wiring instructions and any questions, please call 813 454 1816
Purchases Intended for Export
- If you take possession of your purchase in the United States, you must pay sales tax. You must provide the following in order not to be charged:
- BILL OF LADING: all export purchases must be removed by a 3rd Party Common Carrier (hired transport). The transport company must present a valid Bill of Lading with the applicable purchases listed in order to have taxes removed. Taxes will be removed when the Bill of Lading is received*
*Note: no items will be released without the receipt of this document or the payment of the applicable taxes.
- United Trading Group is not responsible for nor will United Trading Group provide NAFTA certification or Certificates of Origin for items being exported. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to obtain this information from the manufacturer and/or their representatives and will be responsible for any charges assessed.

Equipment Removal
All items must be removed from the site within two weeks of the sale date. Any lots remaining past the Auction Load Out Date will be subject to transport and relocation to a storage facility at the Buyer’s sole expense. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, Auctioneer and its agents against any and all damage, liabilities or claims or causes of actions arising out of said removal and storage. A storage fee of $40 PER DAY PER LOT will be assessed until the lot has been removed. Buyer is responsible for all freight, transport and handling costs.
