CONTACT Ben Paulsen at four zero two 326 two eight six six. Overhaul 6.8 liter John Deere power unit: replace pistons and sleeves, replace rod and main bearings, replace rod bolts, replace rod bushings, mag check and polish crankshaft, boil out block, recondition cylinder head, new rocker arm assembly, recondition camshaft and new lifters, replace fuel pump, replace head bolts, recondition fuel injection pump, replace fuel injectors, replace oil pump, replace water pump, replace all seals and gaskets, replace thermostat, replace air, fuel and oil filters, install break in oil, radiator flushed and flow tested, radiator pressure tested, replace coolant hoses, replaced water level murphy, resealed oil level murphy, replaced coolant temp and oil pressure murphy gauges, replace ventilation hose, replace oil pressure hose, replace pilot bearing, install a new twin disk clutch assembly, replace tachometer, install new coolant, replace fan belt, replace belt tensioner bearings, replace fan support bearing, starter and alternator were rebuild and tested at Fred’s Auto Electric, test run engine, check for leaks and test murphy's. All replacement parts were purchased from John Deere or Industrial Irrigation. Injection pump reconditioned by Precision Diesel. Break in oil installed in engine. The engine cart had the wheel bearings and seals replaced and packed with grease.
