There is one tip missing from a wheel and the adaptor for it, is damaged. Condition of Wheel Drums: The drums appear to be in decent shape and have been repaired at one point. Condition of Bolt Holes: All of the holes appear to be in good shape. Repairs/Modifications: All of the wheel drums have been re-welded/built-up on the outer ansd inner edges. All of the wheels also have "paddles" welded to the inboard side of the wheel. Cracks/Damage: None found. Other (Tag Info, etc.): Cannot read any of the info on the Caron placard.
