- Channel & tube truss type frame
- Manual adjustable undercarriage type front support
- 16" diameter drive pulley equipped with 1/2" diamond lagging and mounted with 1045 T.G. steel 3 7/16" shafting material and Dodge Imperial E bearings and includes a Martin QC #1 primary belt cleaner
- Dodge screw type take-up - 12” travel
- 14" diameter winged tail pulley mounted with 1045 T.G. steel 2 15/16" shafting material and Dodge Imperial E bearings
- One (1) skirted and rubber-flashed receiving point equipped with four (4) CEMA C 5" 20-degree troughing impact idlers
- CEMA C 5" 35-degree troughing idlers on 4' centers and CEMA C 5" return idlers on 10' centers
- 330 PIW 3-ply belting with 3/16" top cover and 1/16" bottom cover and mechanical belt splice
- All MSHA required drive, nip and return idler guards - guards to be painted safety yellow
